Don’t Wait for Motivation — Do This Instead

Motivation comes and goes. Discipline doesn’t. Here’s what to do when motivation is low:

1. **Create a Routine**

Systems beat feelings. Build a habit loop that runs on autopilot.

2. **Lower the Bar**

On lazy days, just do something small. Progress is progress.

3. **Use Accountability**

Tell someone your goal. Report your actions.

4. **Track Your Streaks**

Use a calendar or app. Seeing progress builds momentum.

5. **Remove Friction**

Make it easier to start. Prepare your space or tasks in advance.

You don’t need to feel motivated. You just need to start.
